Four Ways of Knowing Full Attention

We have been exploring important areas of learning each day. The first couple of days was based around the importance of 'Full Attention' when listening to someone.  We explored this area by; discussing our feelings during an experience, visualising what it looks like, organising our thoughts around how we feel, what we see and hear, and trying to define it in words. 'Monkey Bars' visualised it by creating a 'freeze frame' of what it looks like when we give full attention and when we don't. They were very imaginative at coming up with freeze frames on how it doesn't look!
